Get Ready for Your Session
To make the most out of your session and set the foundation for a successful journey, here’s how to prepare:
Access the Client Portal: After booking your session, you will receive an email with a subject line asking you to join me on Practice Better. Click the button to activate your account, and you will be taken to a page where you can set up a password to access the system.
Complete the Welcome Package: After activating your account, you will then have access to the Client Portal and the resources your practitioner has provided you. Please complete the documents in the Forms section.
Reflect on Your Goals: Spend some time pondering over what an integrated life looks like for you. What areas of your life are calling for more attention or balance? Understanding your vision will guide the session's direction.
Identify Your Challenges: Be ready to discuss the challenges you’re facing, like balancing work-life dynamics, seeking personal growth, pursuing interests, or maintaining relationships.
Bring Your Questions: Jot down any questions or concerns you have. Your session is a safe space to express yourself freely and to seek answers.
Be Open to Change: Come to each session with an open heart and mind. Transformation begins with readiness to explore and embrace change, however daunting it may seem.
Relax and Be Present: Finally, ensure you are in a comfortable, quiet space for your session. Minimizing distractions will help you stay focused and absorbed in the experience. Remember, this time is for you.
